therapies; have been administering pulse dose steroids
for the last 2.5 years
Protocol: Pulse dose regimen (every 4 or 5 days 10
mg/kg per week BID or TID over 24 hours, or get a dose
of 50-75 mg Friday and Saturday--max 100 mg Friday and
100 mg Saturday).
